From time to time our espresso machines and coffee equipment might have a few hiccups that are [hopefully] easy to resolve.
Over the next few pages are some common problems that you might be faced with and some steps you can take to try and fix them.

There are some occasions when you should contact maintenance and your Ops Manager immediately. These are:
