▶ Make sure the PuqPress is clean (check the Front of House Manual) and on the screen on the side it is showing as ‘17’.
▶ If is not tamping evenly, make sure the portafilter fits perfectly in. If not, you can adjust the fork holder with an allen key.
▶ If makes weird noises while tamping or the tamp doesn’t get back to the chamber, contact maintenance.
