If a piece of equipment breaks down, the first step should always be to check that it has been cleaned and assembled properly.
• Check that the piece of equipment is plugged in and check the fuse board and isolation switches to make sure it has power.
• Never attempt to fix damaged equipment on your own. Always report the fault to Black Sheep Coffee’s maintenance team via email and wait for an expert to come and make the necessary repairs.
• If equipment is faulty, isolate it and ensure all TMs know not to use it.
