• Assess the situation and deal with it calmly.
• Call for help: ask a team member to help you deal with the situation or to call an ambulance (dial 999), if required.
• Assist the injured and provide first aid where applicable.
• Get information and make sure you do not discard any evidence.
• Complete an accident form on Trail while the details are still fresh in your mind.
