Manager on Shift must:
• Check the hot water tank to ensure it is switched on or the temperature thermostat has not been incorrectly adjusted.
• Check the hot water tank fuse on the fuse board to ensure it has not tripped the fuse.
• Report immediately to Maintenance, your Ops Manager and the Compliance Team,
(compliance@leavetheherdbehind.com).
• Record corrective action in the “corrective action section” on Trail.
• Production can continue.
• TMs must wash their hands as normal and use alcohol gel immediately after (do not rinse the alcohol gel off).
• Shops without dishwasher should stack their dirty food equipment in the washing up area and/or on a trolley until the hot water has been reinstated.
